The Pike County Democratic Committee (PCDC) annual fundraising gala will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024, at The Steer Barn at Hemlock Farms.  

“We’ve changed it up this year, with a new venue, new format and terrific MC… it is going to be a lot of fun,” said Carol Witschel, a Dingmans 2 member who chairs the gala committee. “Instead of the traditional dinner with dull speeches and rubber chicken, this year the event will be a party: with appetizers, drinks, music and dancing.  Dress for summer—light and breezy, florals, comfortable shoes or sandals.”

“We are particularly excited that author and Netflix star Barbara Butcher will MC the event,” said Lisa Miller, who chairs the PCDC.  “As our major fundraiser, the gala provides needed funds to build our growing Democratic coalition in Pike County.  The gala is a great way to meet other like-minded folks and get involved to make Pike County, our state, our country and our nation more kind, less angry and working together for a shared vision of the future.”
