Elect Judge Stella Tsai to PA Commonwealth Court
She is the daughter of immigrants who instilled in her a deep respect for democracy and public service. A Penn State and Penn Law graduate, she built a successful career as a litigator and civil rights advocate before being appointed to the Court of Common Pleas in 2016 and elected to a ten-year term in 2017.
On the bench, she has handled a wide range of cases—from criminal trials and election matters to family law and complex civil disputes—and serves on statewide judicial ethics committees. She is known for fairness, integrity, transparency, and ensuring every person in her courtroom is treated with dignity.
Now running for Commonwealth Court, she brings proven judicial experience, a lifelong commitment to justice, and a pledge to uphold the law with independence and fairness for all Pennsylvanians.
