Judge Brandon Neuman has served eight years on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, where he oversees Civil and Veterans Specialty Court and has prior experience in Criminal and Family Law. Before joining the bench, he represented his community for four terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he championed justice reform—including legislation to end the backlog of rape kits and protect victims.

A lifelong Washington County resident, Neuman has also worked as a trial lawyer advocating for nursing home abuse victims and has held leadership roles on key judicial and sentencing commissions. He brings a proven record of service, fairness, and community commitment to the bench, grounded in both his professional experience and deep local roots.
